Making Tiramisu with My Kids! | RECIPE

Hey Guys!

Ken and I are ringing in our 8th wedding anniversary and the kids and I wanted to make the cake ourselves. Tiramisu is probably my favorite cake and I haven't made it in years! It's an easy tradition Italian recipe and I love making this one with the kids.

Recipe:

• 1 1/2 cups espresso or strong coffee
• 6 Tbsp rum (optional)
• 40 ladyfingers
• 6 egg yolks
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 16 oz mascarpone cold
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
• 2-3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder to dust the top
